Active Informatics are delighted to announce that Lincoln College has chosen Connect Employer Engagement as their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support their Business Development department.
With three sites, Lincoln College is the largest educational institution in Lincolnshire, with around 9,000 students of whom over 3,000 are full-time. Lincoln College was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2011.
‘We approached Active as we were looking to engage a new CRM for our organisation. We had used another system for a number of years but felt that the time was right to pursue a system which was flexible and could be built and adapted to suit our needs. After several demonstrations with various organisations, we felt that Active had the vision and knowledge to support us.’ Gemma Skaley, Senior Enterprise Executive at Lincoln College said. Gemma also added ‘After an initial test and explore of the new system, Active responded positively to our requested changes and ensured that thorough training was delivered to our team, ensuring that we were comfortable with the software.’
Connect Employer Engagement is a next generation customer relationship management software that supports all education and skills provider’s Employer Engagement and Student Work Placement activities.
