We are delighted to announce that Burton and South Derbyshire College (BSDC) has chosen Connect Employer Engagement as their Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to support their Business Development department.
BSDC is dedicated to supporting local, regional and national employers to equip their workforce with the skills they need to remain competitive. They have a range of partnerships with employers, ensuring their curriculum is aligned to industry demands. The College is also proud to be the official learning partner for St. George’s Park, the FA’s National Football Centre.
When BSDC decided to get a Customer Relationship Management system, they chose to discuss their situation with Active Informatics, due to a long term relationship with them.
“It was great to work with Active Informatics. They understand the further education market, so it was very easy to get the CRM tailored exactly to our needs,” said Karen Matthews, External Relationships Manager. “Connect has been developed for colleges and we are looking forward to using it.”
