Local salon owners were invited to ‘Spectacular’ on 25 March – an evening showcase event at West Thames College’s Isleworth Campus, with the aim of developing relations with employers who might be interested in taking on a hairdressing apprentice.

Since the Government announced the need for the SFA funded Apprenticeship programmes to be fundamentally reformed there has been much debate amongst Apprenticeship providers throughout the sector.

The College hosted a ‘Green travel day pre-event’ on Thursday 20th March, before the annual ‘Green Travel Day’ event takes place at the College on Thursday 3rd April.
