Newham University Centre (NUC) will hold its first formal graduation ceremony from 5pm to 9pm on Thursday 7 March at East Ham Campus.
Seventy students will be recognised for successfully completing courses in leadership and management, counselling, combined studies, education studies and the Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
The Centre is the higher education faculty of Newham College and is based in Stratford.

More than 200 pupils from Harrow and Brent have been meeting the challenge of growing youth unemployment by running their own real companies for a year as part of a scheme run by the UK’s leading enterprise education charity.

Students from Newham beat off three teams to become one of the South East’s best school and college 6-a-side cricket teams.
