MORE than 20 young people took to the streets of Southampton today (February 2) to campaign for more companies to take on apprentices.
The team of 16 to 18 year-olds, who are all on Southampton City College’s City Horizons programme, caused a stir as they waved placards reading ‘Ready to Work’ and ‘Pick Me’.
