Fareham College’s £12 million Centre of Excellence for Engineering, Manufacturing and Advanced Skills Training (CEMAST) has secured approval from planning officers.
Prior to the planning application public consultations were held with an overwhelming amount of positive responses. Residents commented on how “exciting and attractive” the new building will be and were positive about the low level structure.
