Students from Coleg Gwent’s Pontypool Campus recently visited Gambia, taking with them 18 suitcases filled with such items to rural areas where they are considered a luxury. Budding beauty artists set for skills showdown

21st celebrations as pupils get key to countryside

Over the past 20 years, Coleg Gwent’s countryside experience week has enabled hundreds of primary school pupils to get a taste of country life. Plumbers take the plunge

Getting to grips with water is all in a day’s work for Coleg Gwent plumbing students, but it doesn't usually involve caves, rocks and the tide. The group downed tools to tackle a different sort of challenge when they headed to the coast in Swansea.
