Aim is to give participants greater knowledge about the process of non formal learning and about assessing competences of young people with fewer opportunities and using different assessment tools in inclusive youth work.
Target group
Project managers, Youth leaders, Youth workers
Youth workers, social workers working in a non formal way with school-dropouts
This JINT TC focuses on encouraging youth workers, social workers, public bodies and NGOs to use comparable and transparent assessments instruments for recognizing the competences of young people with fewer opportunities (with focus on school dropouts).
General aim:
Is to give participants greater knowledge about the process of non formal learning and about assessing competences of young people with fewer opportunities and using different assessment tools in inclusive youth work.
Objectives: •To increase knowledge about the inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities (especially school dropouts)
•To gain competences on how to stimulate the learning process of young people with fewer opportunities
•To learn how to support and assess competences of young people with fewer opportunities
•To get familiar with different assessment tools, methods and approaches
•To exchange good practices about how these assessments can increase employability of inclusion target groups
